The 4L60/4L65E transmission spans many years and applications throughout the GM line-up. A 4 speed transmission designed for longitudinal mounted engines made it perfect for two wheel drive and 4x4 applications making it versatile for use in many car and trucks. It was the successor to the TH700R4 and was eventually replaced by the 6L80 transmission. Each NAPC transmission is remanufactured using an extensive build process which includes tearing down the unit to the case, thoroughly cleaning with high pressure washers and inspection before proceeding. After a thorough inspection the unit is assembled with an overhaul kit with all new gaskets, seals, rings, bearings, frictions, steels and a filter. All hard parts are either requalified, machined to specific tolerances or replaced with OE or better components. The valve body is built with new solenoids and dyno tested on NAPC’s valve body dyno before being installed into the unit. Then the transmission is fitted with a remanufactured torque converter and dyno tested as one to simulate real world conditions to check pressures, input/output speeds and fluid flow before it is shipped out. All Units include the torque converter, a 3 year/160 000KM non-commercial warranty and return shipping is included in your shipping price.
